These are not ordinary projects.

Big Sky Learning STEAM kits were born from nearly three decades of teaching mathematics and science to over 10,000 children at our learning centers in Santa Fe and Los Alamos, New Mexico.  Our science kits give context to mathematics and science concepts.  They respect and challenge the developing skills of children.  Most importantly our projects spark imagination and desire, two elements often neglected in educational programs.

Our projects come with great instructions.  In fact, they come with an amazing teacher inside.  Have you ever ordered an educational kit online only to find out that it comes with a folded single sheet of cryptic diagrams?  Even the better educational kits miss their opportunity to teach and inspire while instructing.  After all, it's the "teachable moments" that make hands-on projects so valuable to a child's development.
