PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY

WELCOME TO THE CREW OF A SPIRITED MANOR!

We are having a “Cast Round-Up” on Friday, Sept 25 beginning at 2:30 which includes all members of the On Stage Cast and Crew.  This is an ALL-CAST-CALL. During this time administrative details and directions will be given, we will set you up on Virtual Callboard and get your bio written among other things. Onstage cast will have measurements for costumes taken.  Headshots for cast and crew will be taken so look nice and wear a solid black shirt!  There will also be a senior meeting!

We have a mandatory **Parent Meeting on Wednesday, Sept 23 at 7:00 PM** in the BCPA. One of the great things about the theater family is that it is truly a village! Please be talking with your parents about ways that they might get involved in our production. We will need parents to work on set building, painting, costumes, hair/makeup, marketing, ticket sales, flower sales, ushering, distributing posters and yard signs, etc. There will be an opportunity at the meeting for them to sign up for a team they would like to serve on!  

Please PRINT the Role Acceptance Form and sign it. You will need to take a picture and upload that when you complete the Student Enrollment Form 

Also, you will receive an email invite to sign up for Virtual Callboard in the next 48 hours. Please set that up ASAP to start seeing events and specific rehearsal dates/times. If you click on a date, you can see what is being rehearsed, and based on your part, whether it involves you. When in doubt, ask a DIRECTOR! Don’t trust that because your friend said you didn’t have practice that you don’t. Do not add personal conflicts or appointments to the VCB calendar. We will give you some pointers on using VCB, how to add text notifications and parents, etc. at cast round up but we want you on it asap.
