Tickets: Available for purchase at the door (cash or card facilities available)

Refreshments: Water, coffee, tea and soft drinks will be available for purchase (cash only). As well as packets of chips, assorted chocolate bars and lollies. 

Raffle: We will be running a raffle, tickets available available for purchase at the concert (cash only). Some great prizes to be won. Thank you for supporting our club. 

Friday 7th November 

Venue: Bellevue Heights Primary School Gym

Times: 

• Tinies 4:15pm 

• Sub Juniors 5:00pm

• BHPS Group Photo 6:00pm (all BHPS Students to attend) 

• Juniors 6:30pm 

• Intermediate 7:00pm 

Girls should arrive 10 minutes prior to shoot time with their hair and make up complete. The Dance costume should not be worn in the car and should be changed into upon arrival at the gym.

• Tinies 11:00am-11:45am

• Sub Juniors 11:45am-1:00pm

A female parent or guardian is required to attend and assist the girls in changing costumes. Please arrange for the girls to have their hair up and ensure they wear the bodysuit or flesh coloured underwear that will be worn at the concert. Please bring a costume bag and 6 coat hangers to transport the costumes home and keep safe until the final rehearsal. 

The Mid Year Concert is upon us already, how quickly the year is flying by.

Time: 2:00pm start (doors open from 1:30pm)

Location: Blackwood Memorial Hall, 21 Coromandel Parade Blackwood 5051.

It was concluded at the 2025 AGM that the group fees would increase slightly from 2024 as they have not been increased for a few years. The 2025 fees will be as follows:

• Tinies annual fee $300 

• Sub Junior annual fee $320 

• Junior annual fee $335

• Intermediates annual fee $350

  • • A once off $40 fee is included for all girls that are new to the club

Fees can be paid in a once off payment or broken down into 2 instalments. All fees must be paid completely by the end of Term 2 unless other arrangements have been made with the treasurer. Payment can be made by direct deposit or by cash. Please contact the treasurer via the email for more information on making payments- bhps.calisthenics@bigpond.com

The 2025 AGM was held on Thursday March 6th in the BHPS Activity Hall and the results are as follows.
