Thursday 5th December 

Venue: BHPS Activity Hall (Adjacent to practice room) 

Time: DJ playing between 6:00-7:00pm 

The disco is supervised by the committee members but parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the party. All washed concert leotards should be returned at this time. 

Photos and Concert Videos will be available for ordering and payment at this time. 

Sunday 1st December

Venue: Brighton Performing Arts Centre, Brighton Secondary School. 305 Brighton Road, North Brighton SA 5048

Times: Concert to begin at 6:00pm. Performers to have arrived by 5:30pm  

Tickets: Available for purchase at the door (cash or card facilities available) 

• Adults $20

• Concession/Pensioner $15

• School Aged Children $10

• Children Under 5 Free 

Refreshments: Water, coffee, tea and soft drinks will be available for purchase (cash only). As well as packets of chips, assorted chocolate bars and lollies. 

Raffle: We will be running a raffle, tickets available available for purchase at the concert (cash only). Some great prizes to be won. Thank you for supporting our club. 

Sunday 1st December

Venue: Brighton Performing Arts Centre, Brighton Secondary School. 305 Brighton Road, North Brighton SA 5048

Times: 

• Tinies 10:15-11:00am

• Sub Junior 11:00-12:15pm

• Junior 12:30-2:00pm

• Intermediate 2:00-3:30pm

The final rehearsal gives the girls a chance to orientate themselves with the stage and space. Girls are required to wear a practice leotard or similar activewear for this rehearsal (NO jumpers, track pants, jeans, skirts or baggy clothes allowed). The girls must bring all concert items including costume bag with attached costume list, clubs and rods to the rehearsal. Any forgotten items will need to be immediately retrieved no excuses. Parents are unable to watch during this rehearsal but may remain in the foyer of the theatre. 

Friday 1st November 

Venue: Bellevue Heights Primary School Gym aka the practice space. 

Times: 

• Tinies 4:15pm 

• Sub Juniors 5:00pm

• BHPS Group Photo 6:00pm (all BHPS Students to attend) 

• Juniors 6:15pm 

• Intermediate 7:15pm

Girls should arrive 10 minutes prior to shoot time with their hair and make up complete. The Dance costume should not be worn in the car and should be changed into upon arrival at the gym.

• Sub Juniors 11:45am-1:00pm

• Juniors 1:30pm-3:00pm

• Intermediates 3:00pm-5:00pm

A female parent or guardian is required to attend and assist the girls in changing costumes. Please arrange for the girls to have their hair up and ensure they wear the bodysuit or flesh coloured underwear that will be worn at the concert. Please bring a costume bag and 6 coat hangers to transport the costumes home and keep safe til the final rehearsal. 

The Mid Year Concert is upon us already, how quickly the year is flying by. 

Date: Sunday 30th June 

Time: 2:00pm start (doors open from 1:00pm)

Location: Blackwood Memorial Hall, 21 Coromandel Parade Blackwood 5051. 

Tickets: Can be purchased at the door via card services or exact cash 

• Adults $8 

• Children (5-17) $5 

• Under 5 Free 

We look forward to you joining us for an afternoon of fabulous routines which are sure to give you a taste of how amazing our End of Year Concert will be.

End of Year Concert: Sunday 1st December  6pm - late ** @Brighton Secondary 

Disco: Thursday 5th December  6:00 - 7:00pm 

It was concluded at the 2024 AGM that the group fees do not need to change and will remain as follows:

• Tinies annual fee $285 

• Sub Junior annual fee $300 

• Junior annual fee $315 

• Intermediates annual fee $330

  • • A once off $40 fee is included for all girls that are new to the club

Fees can be paid in a once of payment or broken down into 3 instalments. Payment can be made by direct deposit or by cash. Please contact the treasurer via the email for more information on making payments- bhps.calisthenics@bigpond.com

The 2024 AGM was held on the 14th March 2024 at the BHPS Activity Hall at 7:15pm.
