While applications are an excellent means of showing what students know, they also must back that knowledge up with theory. As per PSED520 - Seminar in Education I - I compiled what theory I had in a journal in which I wrote about theory and application and kept adding to it over the course of the semester. I've had to reflect a lot on what it means to truly be an educator, and how I was supposed to get there. Since then, I've been working on honing my craft and never doubting myself. This journal represents my autonomy as a preservice teacher, and where I stood - and still stand - theoretically. Now I know where I still need to improve, and what still needs to be done,
