THERE IS AN ONLINE MEETING FOR ALL STUDENTS AND JUDGES ON WEDNESDAY 4/22

6pm Wed 4/29 General Meeting for All Contestants via Zoom General Meeting Link

Bus will leave from BHHS at 4PM on Thursday 4.23 and return Saturday 4.25 (9PM-ish?).

Students/Coaches will stay @ the Fairfield Inn (by Marriott) - 326 James L Hart Pkwy, Ypsilanti, MI 48197 

Student/Coach Meals:
Dinner will be provided at the hotel Thursday night
Breakfast will be provided at the hotel Fri/Sat
Lunch and dinner will be provided at EMU on Fri/Sat

Students are responsible for securing transportation for themselves and their equipment (if any) to and from WLW on Saturday (No BUS)

We will have our own Breakfast food/snacks available for the team throughout the day as always but lunch will not be provided for the team - plan on purchasing onsite or bringing food.

Students are expected to make transportation arrangements with family or carpool/other students.  Contact a Team Captain if a ride is needed! 

Doors should be open by 6:45 AM - Must be checked in onsite NO LATER than 7AM in the Novi HS Cafeteria at our team area.   

TEAM MEETING will be at 7:45 AM

We are NOT providing lunch for our team for this event.  There will be breakfast foods/snacks from the Boosters but you'll need to bring a lunch OR money for pizza/food that they will sell onsite.

7:00-7:45 AM - Registration and Membership renewal (outside Auditorium)

8:00 AM - DC/BC/EX Prep report (Media Center)

8:15 AM - General Meeting for ALL contestants and ALL judges (Auditorium)

8:30 AM - RD1

10:00 AM - RD2

11:30 AM - RD3

1:30 PM - SEMIS and FINALS (for categories who won’t be running a semi)

3:30 PM - FINALS

5:30 PM - Combined Novice and Open IE Award Ceremony

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE CHECKED IN INSIDE THE SCHOOL AT THE BHHS MAIN ENTRANCE LOBBY BY
6:00 AM
BUS LEAVES AT 6:10 AM SHARP - if you're late, you're walking!  SET TWO ALARMS.
We should be back at BHHS Main Lobby at ~8:30PM
