BeWithMe - ("Elders") ("BeWithMe," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the BeWithMe - (Elders) mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Profile name and avatar photo
Language and app preferences
Pairing and QR link information between guardians and elders
Linked profile relationships and connection status
Daily activity logs (meals, water intake, exercise, meditation, TV viewing, reading, plant care, and similar activities)
Health care reminders and QA profile answers (medications, vitamins, schedules)
Mood updates shared with guardians
Prayer schedules and related reminder settings
Emergency contact names, phone numbers, and photos you choose to add
Chat messages, invitations, and related metadata
Photos, videos, and voice notes you send through the App
Event voice notes created by guardians
Notifications sent and received within the App
Device type, operating system, and app version
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for push notifications
Approximate location (when you use radio features that request location, with your permission)
Local notification schedules stored on your device
Diagnostic and error logs needed to maintain the Service
Subscription status, plan type, expiration dates, and renewal timestamps
Store transaction identifiers and receipt data from Apple App Store or Google Play
Payment card details are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.
Novels, chapters, and writing content you create in the App
Documents you access or manage through the reading feature
Plant photos and care records
Provide, operate, and maintain the App and Services
Create and manage user accounts
Connect guardians and elders and enable messaging and notifications
Deliver reminders, activity reports, SOS alerts, and push notifications
Process subscriptions and verify purchases
Improve app performance, security, and user experience
Respond to support requests and legal obligations
The App may request the following device permissions:
Camera: profile photos and QR code scanning
Photo library: choosing profile and content images
Microphone: recording voice notes
Notifications: reminders and alerts
Phone: placing emergency calls and reading device phone number when permitted
Location: radio station discovery (when enabled by you)
Storage / media: documents, exports, and local files
You can manage many permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without required permissions.
We may share information in the following situations:
Between linked users: guardians and elders you connect with may see relevant activity, messages, mood updates, SOS alerts, and notifications according to app functionality.
Service providers: we use third-party services such as Firebase (Google) for push notifications and infrastructure needed to operate the App.
App stores: Apple and Google process subscription payments and provide purchase verification data.
Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your data is stored on secure servers operated by or on behalf of BeWithMe and may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the App at your own risk.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
The App is intended for older adults and their caregivers. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your personal information
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Opt out of non-essential communications
Manage notifications and permissions in device settings
Cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account

The App may link to third-party websites, TV streams, radio services, or documents. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their policies separately.
If you use the App from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries with different data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
