Ingredients
12 Hawaiian-style Sweet Rolls....cut in half to make tops and bottoms
1/2 pound corned beef sliced thin
1 pound sauerkraut drained WELL
1/4 pound Swiss cheese sliced
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
Topping
¼ cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
Caraway Seeds...OPTIONAL
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Butter the bottom of a 9-inch x 13-inch baking dish.
Place the bottoms of the rolls in the dish.
Spread 1/4 cup of Thousand Island dressing on the roll bottom halves.
Lay the corned beef slices over all the rolls.
Spread the sauerkraut over the corned beef.
Lay the Swiss cheese slices over the top of the sauerkraut.
Spread the remaining Thousand Island dressing over the inside of the top halves of the rolls and place on top of the Swiss cheese.
Mix Topping Ingredients together & Brush over the tops of the rolls.
Place in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
Remove from the oven and cut each slider apart from the others.

*These can be made ahead, kept in fridge...pull out & bake as your guest arrive!
