Employment Process
Upon successfully passing our application of interest, the process is the following:
Phase One | Training,
This phase consists of both theoretical and practical elements in an attempt to best prepare you for your further phase(s).
Phase Two | Exam,
This Phase will consist of a theoretical exam you will have a period of 72 hours to complete this exam. This exam will test you on subjects taught to you during your training to ensure you remained attentive.
Phase Three | Ride-along,
Phase three the finale phase of our academy, consists of [x1] 45 minute Ride-along where you will be 'shadowed' by a member of our FTO Division.
