Here at the Internal Affairs Division it the job of our Internal Affairs Officers to ensure the officers of the department are not in contempt of our policies. Internal Affairs officers must evaluate officers to make sure they are not a danger to themselves or the Nova Public.
Internal Affairs officers must think of 'T.I.M.E' while conducting their duties.
T - Teach, whilst it is the job of Internal Affairs Officer to discipline officers, it also their jobs to educate officers, on how they can do better.
I - investigate, it is the job of the Internal Affairs Officer to investigate allegations/ reports against officers to the best of their ability.
M - Mal intent, It is the job of an Internal Affairs Officer to ensure that in the event of an incident there was no mal-intent.
E - Ensure, it is the job of an Internal Affairs Officer to ensure that an officer is fit to carry out their duties.

Internal Affairs Division
The Internal Affairs Division is accesable to officers from the rank of senior patrol. The internal affairs division offers great promise for elevation. This division allows you to work along side senior supervisors and commanders.
Entry Process:
To join the Internal Affairs Division you must successfully complete two phases;
The first phase is an expression of interest, you must reach out to the Commander Of Internal Affairs, who will conduct a back ground check. If you pass you will be given the IA | Awaiting Interview role.
The second phase is an interview, this interview will be incredibly difficult and incredibly depth so prepare yourself respectively.
