NEW TALENTS SHINE THROUGH TIKTOK
SHAH ALAM - From just making various TikTok videos for her followers, a content creator managed to get a role in a new drama called Nusyuz Berkiblat Cinta, directed by Hadith Omar.
Tengku Nur Kamalia Aisyah, 22, began her journey as an actress after her videos attracts a drama producer to make her as a cast for the drama, which subsequently became her source of income.

“My feelings are mixed. I am excited, but at the same time, I am also a bit nervous because this is my first time acting for a TV station.
“Luckily, my family and friends are very positive and gave very good encouragement,” said Kamalia in an interview with Berita DIMENSi via Whatsapp.
She also mentioned that she wanted to pursue her studies, but the offer made her change her direction to focus on creating her name in the industry, as acting is what she likes to do.
“I am so thankful for the given opportunity to venture into this field and inadvertently further expand my talent,” Kamalia added.

According to Kamalia, being a content creator is a difficult job because not everyone can think of what to create.
She also said that when a content creator receives an offer from the industry, society will look up to and appreciate the content creator for their talent and ideas.
Daniel Muqkrizz, 22, a fan of Malaysia TV series, was shocked and satisfied with Tengku Kamalia’s acting.
He added that he knew her through TikTok but could not believe that she could act very well.
“Tengku Kamalia has the potential, even though she is still new in the acting industry. The portrayal of the character shown by her is very impressive,” he explained in an interview with Berita DIMENSi through Whatsapp.
These days, the younger generation has enough platforms to create content according to their interests or to share it with people through the internet.
