KUALA LUMPUR - Believe it or not, Justin Bieber will be holding a live concert later this year, being the first international artist to perform in Malaysia ever since the pandemic happened.

The Canadian heartthrob has announced that he will be performing in the National Stadium Bukit Jalil on 22nd October 2022, as a part of his Justice World Tour.

The concert’s announcement has successfully made many music fans jump with delight as it has been more than two years since the previous international artists’ performance activities were held.

Even though this is Justin Bieber’s third time performing in Malaysia, the event is still expecting thousands of people to come.

One of them is Nabilah Asmadi, 21, who has always been proud to introduce herself as a ‘Belieber’ since 2010.

"Being a fan of his for 12 years has made me think that it is difficult to choose a song from him since he released such a good album. But if I have to choose, it is ‘Favorite Girl’ from his first album My World,” said Nabilah in an interview with Berita DIMENSi via Whatsapp.

According to her, the Justice World Tour is not the first concert of Justin Bieber that she will be attending. In fact, she had already experienced Justin’s My World Concert Tour when she was just 10 years old.

She described it as a fantastic experience that she would not trade with anything in this whole world and that her feelings about going to his concert once again this year are surreal.

Nabilah also shared that it is hard to believe that she managed to get the concert ticket while competing with thousands of others.

She also shared that she did not manage to secure the ticket during the first time they were sold on 31st March, but finally succeeded in booking her ticket during the second sale day on 21st April.

Another case for Natasya Rafid, 21, a die-hard Justin Bieber fan who was unlucky enough not to be able to purchase a ticket.

“I waited a long time to grab a ticket but I understand thousands of people were also waiting for the same opportunity so both times the ticket was sold I tried, but still failed to get it,” she explained in an interview with Berita DIMENSi through a phone call.

This is enough to explain why the concert announcement has brought excitement to a lot of people, as Malaysia and Indonesia have just been added to his Asian journey, as previously only Japan was included.

Everyone that is going to the Justice World Tour has high expectations. Beliebers or not, they just want to have a good time after years of being locked at home.
