Yunadia, or her real name Syazreen Yunadia, 21, was proud of her first single, which is a romantic and relaxing song accompanied by relaxing music in collaboration with Iqie Hugh, the famous composer.

Even though she is still new in the entertainment industry, Yunadia tries to play a role as a newcomer by highlighting the classic genre to suit the tastes of today's listeners by combining contemporary and modern tastes in her single.

She had a deep interest in singing when she was still a child and also a huge support from family and friends, especially her music teacher at school who injected a lot of enthusiasm and gave Yunadia the opportunity to venture into this field more seriously.

She used to be one of the members of the band named Kombo Cili Padi in her primary school, which managed to take her to represent the country in Istanbul for participation in an international children's music festival.

"For me, singing is like therapy that makes me happy. So, every time there is a singing competition, I will definitely attend it just to try my luck there. I did not expect sustenance to be on my side when I participated in the audition organized by AEG before,” she said in an interview with Berita DIMENSi via Google Meet.

As an initial step to promote her song, AEG has helped to bring Yunadia to appear on well-known interview programs on television such as Wanita Hari Ini, Borak Kopitiam, and others to introduce the presence of new singers under their auspices.

But still, the lack of influence and followers on social media is a challenge that Yunadia has to face to get her song to be heard by many people.

She acknowledges that the power of social media seems to be like a portfolio for new artists like her.

As a new singer, Yunadia also did not escape criticism from those who said she seemed to be trying to imitate other singers like Nabila Razali in her singing style.

However, she did not take this matter in a serious way about the scenario of the entertainment world, but she turned it into motivation to work harder and even better in her performance.

The first moment she performed at Media Nights, a glorious event organized by AEG which was attended by many artists and also media groups such as Hot FM, Era FM, and Berita Harian, was a beautiful memory for Yunadia to start her new world.

Haziq Nadzri, 21, one of Yunadia's acquaintances, admitted that he was also excited because she was finally able to produce her own song due to her own hard work since kid.

“I am confident that Yunadia will be able to continue to a higher level because her undeniable talent is the best while carrying her own image,” he stated in an interview with Berita DIMENSi via Google Meet.

Yunadia can be an icon to young people out there who have great talent and always work hard by participating in many competitions to highlight their hidden talents in various genres to enliven our entertainment in Malaysia.
