School-based organization geared toward students who have been directly or indirectly effected by the criminal justice system.  This program offers them education about the restorative justice process and criminal justice reform while empowering them with the tools necessary to redirect the 'School to Prison Pipeline' in their personal lives.

A family-based professional development company focused on engaging educators in classroom techniques and research-based discussions centered on Culturally Responsive Teaching.  Specializing in teacher trainings where cross-curricular design is integrated into our 3C Model: Care, Culture, and Consistency. 

While prison is a place of overt rules and policies, the desire to want more out of life lies at the heart of every man. "Finding Higher Ground" is written from the familiar back drop of prison by one of its own. It offers a very unique viewpoint of the struggles and ambitions of incarcerated men, as well as their desire for redemption.
