Bridge to Enhance the Lives of Offenders and Victims Through Education and Dialogue
Through their shared passion, commitment, and collaborative efforts, founders Keith and Dr. Kristen Antoine-Morse envision a future where reform starts within classrooms and transcends prison walls. Keith's specialization in prison programming involves creating and implementing programs within correctional facilities to aid in rehabilitation, skill-building, and support for inmates. On the other hand, Dr. Kristen's focus on the school-to-prison pipeline means she is working on addressing systemic issues that funnel students, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds, into the criminal justice system due to disciplinary policies, lack of resources, and other factors.
Together, their expertise in these areas fuels their passion to try and develop comprehensive strategies that tackle both ends of the criminal justice system: prevention through addressing the school-to-prison pipeline and rehabilitation through effective prison programming. Their collaborative efforts involve research, advocacy, community engagement, and policy development to create lasting positive changes in the lives of individuals affected by the criminal justice system.
