Urgent Clinical Issues are alerts that will trigger based on client feedback to a survey or registration question. There is a card on the dashboard dedicated to displaying Urgent Clinical Issues. The types of Urgent Clinical Issues tracked in Beehive are:
Risk to Others- Any answer other than “not at all” to the MCSI question 14: “How often have you felt like seriously hurting someone else?”
Risk to Self- Any answer other than “not at all” to the MCSI question 13: “How often did you feel like hurting yourself or killing yourself?”
Risk of Homelessness- Client indicates that they do not have a permanent address on registration
Plan to Stop Taking Medication- Client has answered “yes” to “Do you plan to stop taking your medication?” on the Medication Adherence survey
Options for Resolving Urgent Clinical Issues in Beehive:
Staff selects “resolve” on the issue in the Urgent Clinical Issue Card.
Pop up asks: "How was the alert used as part of care?"

This window will show an "At-a-Glance" summary of important information for different account levels. For provider and clinic admin accounts, it will display the number of clients in the clinic, the number of providers at the clinic, the number of clinic admins, and how many survey bundles are being distributed. Group admin-level accounts will have access to the above information for all clinics in their group, along with a count of the clinics in the group.
The Benchmarks widget provides a visualization for progress made towards Beehive-related goals such as enrollment of clients, survey completion, and usage of data within Beehive. When there is a target goal for a given benchmark, it will be indicated in the visualization.
Enrolled in Beehive
Clients- This shows the percentage of clients enrolled in Beehive out of the total number of eligible clients at the clinic. This data is pulled together with the responses given in the monthly clinic survey.
Clients w/ PSP- This shows the percentage of clients who have a Primary Support Person registered in Beehive out of the total number of clients registered in Beehive. (Goal = 50%)
Survey Completion Rate
Survey completion rates are counted only for Beehive required and Beehive enrollment bundles. Other bundles are not counted in these visualizations.
Clients - This shows the percentage of completed client-entered surveys out of the total available client-entered surveys. (Goal = 80%)
PSP - This shows the percentage of completed primary support person-entered surveys out of the total available primary support person-entered surveys. (Goal = 80%)
Clinic Entered- This shows the percentage of completed clinician-entered surveys out of the total available clinician-entered surveys. (Goal = 80%)
Monthly Clinic Reports - This shows the percentage of completed clinic surveys out of the total available clinic surveys surveys. (Goal = 80%)
Reviewed within 2 Weeks
Urgent Clinical Issues- This shows the percentage of urgent clinical issues which have been resolved by a an EP Program team member within two weeks of being created. (Goal = 80%)
Client Surveys - This shows the percentage of completed client-entered or PSP-entered surveys which have been reviewed by the client's treatment team lead within 2 weeks of being entered. (Goal = 80%)
