To view your clinic's aggregate data:
Navigate to the "Groups & Clinics" (or depending on account permission level, the "Clinics") page from the left hand navigation pane.
Click on the relevant clinic you wish to view aggregate data for.
Select the card of the relevant data you wish to view.

Note: During Beta, not all cards are active (see below for details)
Aggregate data is pulled from all clients of the clinic registered with Beehive. This data is pulled from two places:
Client's Beehive Profile (i.e. the fields that are completed during registration, or any edits made to those fields at a later date).
Age
Sex
Gender
Ethnicity
Race
Program Duration
Display Language
Survey Questions: some data is pulled from client surveys. When it is from a survey that is asked more than once, the most recent value for any given client is considered for the aggregate visualization.
Primary Diagnosis
CHR vs. FEP
Disability
Veteran
iOS Check-in Feature: if your clinic is using the iOS check-in feature, that data will be shown in aggregate
Service Utilization
Once a month, the web platform will prompt administrator-level users (group-admin or clinic-admin) to complete the monthly data report for their clinic. Only one report is required per clinic.
This data is to help UC Davis researchers understand the bigger picture of what proportion of clients are choosing to use the application and why those who decline do not want to use it.
Monthly clinic surveys become available on the last day of the month and are available for clinic admin to complete for 5 weeks (35 days) thereafter. After this time, only group admin may complete or edit the report.
Group admin must finalize the report to lock it from further edits once the data is complete.
To complete the monthly clinic survey:
Select the "Groups & Clinics" OR "Clinic" tab on the blue navigation bar on the left side of the screen
Select the appropriate clinic
On the top right side of the screen, clinic the "clinic survey" button
Now you will see a monthly data entry list. Select a month to complete data which refers to that period of time
On the survey list page, select each survey to complete the questions in it.

To finalize the monthly clinic survey
Select the "Groups & Clinics" OR "Clinic" tab on the blue navigation bar on the left side of the screen
Select the appropriate clinic
On the top right side of the screen, clinic the "clinic survey" button
Now you will see a monthly data entry list. Select any survey with a status of "submitted."
You may review surveys and edit or update them if necessary. When all data is accurate, select the "finalize" button in the top right to lock the data from further edits.
