Terms of Use for Beauty Planner

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Beauty Planner mobile application provided by KISELOV ANDRII ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Purpose

Beauty Planner is an appointment and client management application designed to help users organize schedules, services, reminders, and related business information.

2. Accounts and Access

Some features may require signing in with Google, Sign in with Apple, email/password, or using a guest mode. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Premium Subscription

Beauty Planner may offer auto-renewable Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features, including cloud-related or advanced app functionality.

• On iOS: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings on your device after purchase.

4. Billing and Third-Party Platforms

Payments and subscription transactions are processed by the relevant app store platform (such as Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.

5. User Data

You are responsible for the data you enter into the app, including appointment information, client names, client phone numbers, notes, prices, and other business-related content. If you use backup or cloud synchronization features, you are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of backup passwords and access to your device and accounts.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the app or its features at any time, including subscription features, to maintain service quality and platform compatibility.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absolute accuracy, or error-free performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
