This Privacy Policy explains how KISELOV ANDRII ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the Beauty Planner mobile application.

1. About the app

Beauty Planner is a mobile application designed to help beauty professionals manage appointments, reminders, work schedules, services, and related planning information.

At the current stage of the project, the app stores core appointment/business data locally on your device, and also uses cloud services for account, access, and subscription status features.

2. What data the app processes

Depending on how you use the app, Beauty Planner may process the following categories of information:

Client-related information you manually enter, such as client names, phone numbers, appointment dates/times, service names, prices, and notes.
Work schedule and blocked time intervals created in the app.
Reminder and notification settings.
Service templates and other business-related settings.
Backup files you choose to export or import.
Account/identity data used for sign-in and access management, such as Firebase UID, sign-in provider, email, and display name (if available).
Premium subscription and purchase-related technical data (for Android Google Play billing), such as product ID, purchase token, subscription state, expiry time, auto-renew status, order ID, and verification timestamps.

3. Where data is stored

Core planner data (appointments and related content) is stored locally on your device.

For account, access tier, and subscription verification features, certain technical/user identity and subscription status data may be processed and stored via cloud services (including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Functions).

If you use export/import, backup files are created or selected by you and stored where you choose via your device file system.

4. Permissions and device access

The app may request access to certain device capabilities to provide functionality:

Notifications — for appointment reminders and alerts.
Contacts — only if you choose contact-based lookup/autocomplete from device contacts.
File access / system file picker — only for backup export/import actions initiated by you.
Alarm and boot-related functionality on Android — for scheduling reminders and restoring them after device restart where supported.

The app is intended to use such access only for core functionality.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

On Android, Beauty Planner may offer Premium features through Google Play Billing.

Payment processing is handled by Google Play. The app does not receive your full payment card number or banking credentials.

To determine and maintain Premium entitlement, the app and backend may process technical purchase/subscription data, including purchase tokens and subscription status fields.

6. Data sharing

Beauty Planner is not designed to sell your personal data.

The app is not intended to share your appointment/client database with third parties as normal business functionality.

Data may be processed by platform/service providers only where needed for app operation, such as:

Google Play Billing and Google Play subscription infrastructure;
Firebase services used for authentication/access/subscription status;
OS notification/alarm services;
Device-level storage and file picker actions initiated by you.

7. Data retention

Local planner data is generally retained until you remove it, clear app storage, uninstall the app, or delete exported backup files.

Cloud-side account/subscription-access records may be retained as needed to provide authentication, entitlement, fraud-prevention/account-linking integrity, legal compliance, and operational continuity.

8. Data deletion

You can delete local data by:

removing records inside the app;
clearing app storage in device settings;
uninstalling the app (where applicable);
deleting exported backup files.

9. Security

We aim to minimize data processing and keep core planner data on-device where possible.

No storage or transmission method is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your device, accounts, and any exported backup files/passwords.

10. Children’s privacy

Beauty Planner is not specifically directed to children. If inappropriate personal data was entered, it should be removed from the device/app and related backups.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates are reflected by changing the "Last updated" date above.
