Privacy Policy for Beauty Planner

Last Updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how KISELOV ANDRII ("we", "our", or "Developer") processes data when you use the Beauty Planner mobile application.

1. What data is processed

Beauty Planner stores and processes data you enter while using the app, including client name, client phone number, appointment date and time, service name, price, comments, payment status, custom services, schedule settings, and other related data.

For account and authentication features, the app may process user identifiers (for example Firebase UID), email address, display name, and sign-in provider (for example Google, Apple, email/password, or anonymous mode).

For subscription and access-management features, the app may process technical data related to purchases and access status.

2. Where data is stored

Appointment data and part of app settings are stored locally on your device.

If you use account, cloud sync, subscription, or access recovery features, part of the data may be processed and stored in cloud infrastructure, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Functions.

Backups are created only by your action (export). You choose where to store them. If encryption is enabled, the backup is protected by a password that you set.

3. Account sign-in and identity

The app supports sign-in with Google, Sign in with Apple, email/password, and guest (anonymous) mode.

When signing in with an account, the app may process email address, profile name, sign-in provider, and a technical user identifier for authentication, synchronization, and access linking.

Guest mode allows local use of the app without full cloud account linkage.

4. Subscriptions, purchases, and access verification

On Android, the app uses Google Play Billing, and on iOS it uses App Store / StoreKit mechanisms for Premium subscription purchase and restore.

Bank card payment data is processed by the relevant store platform (Google Play or Apple App Store). The app does not directly receive your card details.

To activate, restore, and maintain Premium, the app may process technical purchase data such as product ID, purchase token, transaction ID, subscription state, expiry time, auto-renew status, and related order identifiers where available.

To verify and update subscription status, the app may use server-side verification through backend services and cloud functions.

5. Cloud synchronization

If you use an authenticated account and the corresponding access level, the app may synchronize appointments and related settings between devices.

For this purpose, the app may process appointments, app settings, technical update markers, and account identifiers needed to merge local and cloud data.

6. Device permissions

For certain features, the app may request device permissions:

7. App update checks

The app may query backend configuration to determine whether a newer app version is available and to obtain the relevant app store link.

For this purpose, the app may use information about the platform, current app version, and build number.

8. Backup security

If you enable encrypted backups, the backup is protected by a password that you choose.

We cannot recover that password if it is lost. You are responsible for keeping your backup password safe.

9. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your personal data.

Data may be shared only with technology providers required to deliver app functionality, including authentication services, cloud infrastructure, notifications, and app store platforms, within the scope described in this Policy.

Such providers may include Apple, Google, Firebase, and related services used by the app.

10. Data retention and deletion

You can delete local data by clearing app storage on your device and/or deleting backup files you created.

If you use an account, related server-side data (for example access profile, subscription status, and cloud appointments/settings) may be stored in app infrastructure until deletion or for a technically justified retention period.

If you want to request deletion of related data or ask questions about your data, you can contact us at the address below.

11. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data within the platforms and infrastructure used.

You are responsible for the security of your device, account, email credentials, and backup password (if backup encryption is enabled).

12. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is published in the app with the latest update date.
