Ben researches climate-hydrologic interactions and urban heat dynamics, leading work on drought, land-surface coupling, and resilience. Ben is also a former NASA researcher and State Department science fellow. 

He is currently a professor of Earth & Planetary Sciences at Johns Hopkins University.

Darryn specializes in atmospheric and oceanic transport processes, applying mathematical methods to air quality, ozone, and urban environment challenges. Darryn is also originally from New Zealand.

Molly is a Baltimore native who has always had a passion for meteorology. Her education at Penn State (birthplace of AccuWeather) and extensive broadcast experience have inspired her to pursue obtaining accurate weather data for local Baltimore communities 

She is currently an assistant teaching professor at Loyola University Maryland.

Laura is an educator and sustainable food systems specialist who has worked across farming, research, and community programs. She managed the Food System Lab at Johns Hopkins University, advancing urban agriculture and food access initiatives in Baltimore. 

Terris is an educator and community advocate dedicated to empowering Baltimore youth through environmental education and innovation. His work bridges technology, faith, and sustainability to strengthen local neighborhoods and future generations.
