We will sign up for meets a week before! Events will be announced at practice the day before the meet and again at the meet.
Coaches will also have printed copies.
If you forget your event, come ask us — that’s normal!
Running Events
This order is used at most meets.
7th Girls → 8th Girls → 7th Boys → 8th Boys
100m Hurdles
100m Dash
1600m Run
4x100 Relay
400m Dash
800m Run
200m Dash
Medley Relay (100-100-200-400)
Some meets may add 200m hurdles after the 400m dash.

Shot Put
Discus
High Jump
Long Jump
Field events order will be determined by host school
Team Jersey
Purple, white, or black bottoms
Purple, white, or black undershirt if worn
Running shoes
Spikes (If owned)
Water bottle
A full meal + snacks
Plastic bag / garbage bag (in case of rain or mud)
Athletes should dress for outdoor weather — meets are held rain or shine unless there is severe weather.
Expensive items
Unhealthy Food or Drinks (energy drinks, candy)
Items that could easily be lost or stolen
Athletes ride the bus unless communicated in advance.
Home-schooled/STFX athletes will be dropped off at the bus loading area.
We strongly encourage riding the bus together.
Athletes ride the bus home unless signed out by a parent/guardian with a coach.
No leaving with friends or texts from athletes.
A Remind message will be sent when the bus leaves the meet.
Athletes may leave after finishing events but are encouraged to stay and support teammates.
Track meets typically run until approximately 7:00 PM, but event times vary.
Meets are rarely cancelled for light rain or cool temperatures.
Dress In layers and prepare for outdoor conditions.
Any schedule changes will be communicated via school announcement, Remind and this website.
Results will be posted on the Results page when available.
