Practice starts right after school at the BCMS Track.
Be at the track shortly after dismissal and ready to go.
Practice usually ends around 5:00 PM.

At Practice:
Athletes will use the outdoor portable bathrooms near the track.
The school building will not be open after school for track practice.
At Meets:
Most meets use portable bathrooms (porta potties).
Do not wander away from the team to find a different restroom.
Everyone will try multiple events during the first weeks.
Coaches will help place you where you can improve and help the team.
No — spikes are optional.
Running shoes work perfectly fine for middle school track.
Listen for coaches and overhead announcements and stay near the team.
Pay attention to the order of events, they should be mostly the same at each meet.
You are responsible for checking in and being ready when your event is called.
Missing events happens when athletes wander — stay aware.
