COACHES PHILOSOPHY

We commit to creating a fun and positive environment that promotes a love for the sport. Our first priority is to making sure that our athletes have a safe place to be who they are and provide space for them to grow and learn about themselves. We believe that mistakes are necessary to grow and understand that this age is about development. We believe in teaching responsibility, accountability, and open communication. 

We, as coaches, realize that we are fallible and commit to making amends and changes as necessary. We recognize that athletes and parents have great ideas and encourage those ideas to be presented to us. 

Although winning is fun and exciting, this will never be our first priority as coaches. Our first responsibility is to our athletes and making sure they are uplifting to peers, positive to teammates and gaining their own self confidence. 

We understand that its family first, school and religion second, and cheer third. Everyone's personal situation is unique and we do our best to accommodate everyone's special circumstances.
