Supervision: Ensure patient safety while allowing learners to participate meaningfully.
Feedback: Provide timely, specific, and constructive feedback to promote growth. Review the learner's workbook against the guidebook (answer key) to assess their clinical reasoning and provide feedback.
Assessment: Evaluate the learner’s competency to provide OUD care using the Preceptor Checklist (in the guidebook) and complete the learner’s final evaluation when it is emailed to you.
