-mock up for a 3-D model of an area which included a forest, flowers, an owl, a tresure chest, and more.
-One of a few thumbnail sketches done for a project involving gouache paint and dip pen ink.
A mini project where I created merchandise based on my friend and I, where our favorite animals were featured (Barn owl for me, Crow for her) This was a fun project, and was my first glimpse of what designing products would be like.
At the bottom here is one of the creatures we designed to be in the world. A big cat inspired predator with spines along its back. (Called a Rikator)
During lockdown, my friend and I took on the challenge of writing our own book serieres. While we never got far enough to publish, we did learn a lot through the process of writting, editing, and fleshing out the world within the story.
There were several different concepts made in art form, however I was only able to find these. Featured are sketchs of characters, with the dragons being elemental guardians of the world, and the people being main characters. In order they are
Roh, the Earth dragon, who was later changed to have no wings, making her a drake.
Kai, the air dragon. His name was later changed to mean something air related instead of fire, although I can't find it now. He became an amphrite, which is a dragon with only wings, no legs.
Conundrum Clockwork, my friends orginal character, who was created to be one of the four main characters. He was cursed to have a steampunk heart with a ticking clock on it, and has spent his life trying to cure it before it kills him and passes it to his siblings.
Aeon, who is a mecenary/traveler. She moves around the continent a lot, making friends and avoiding the law. She eventually (accidently) adopts a young girl named Anya.
Rynn, who was another of the main four, was a shadow fae with grey skin and black feathered wings. He was a gladiator, a gift given from the BBE (big bad evil) to her ally (a bad king)
These three were from a story I wrote a very long time ago (5th grade maybe) which was orignally about mermaids. When I revistied it, I decided to add these large underwater beasts known as Sethyrs. They were origianlly compainions to the mermaids, but one of them (Skol) decided that they should rule over the mermaids, and there was a war. Because of this, the mermaids had to flee and rebuild else were. The main characters, Ash and Jack (I was in 5th grade ok?) befriend Gaelen, a outcasted sethyr, and take back the old kingdom from their previous comrades.
These were created either for a story or just as a reference for practice. Flick is a creature I made based off an old sketch and given new life.
