Eastern Elementary anchors all they do in excellence believing that “every child, everyday, will be successful.” Serving grades pre-k through 6, Eastern has a school population of 390+ students, and 55+ faculty and staff. This school has wonderful community partners that help make Eastern Elementary the very best it can be including East Barren Fire Department, Kids on the Block, and the Barren County Conservation Office just to name a few. According to state assessment data, Eastern scores higher than the state average for academic proficiency and growth. Eastern Elementary's entire school and community are anchored in excellence.

Our Wildcats start every year ready to go by exhibiting the CATS Guidelines. Eastern Elementary is taking it to the next level in academics, extracurricular activities, and student success overall. We are thrilled to continue providing an education that serves as a launching pad for our students on the start to a bright future here in the Barren County school system and beyond.
