During the Fall 2024 semester, the BBS project undertook a series of initiatives that continue to explore the world of Balanced Blended Space. Fall was a research and design semester, and important progress was made on clarifying the definition of balanced blended virtual environment in the context of the Blended Shadow Puppet meta-project, in which we explore the integration of historical shadow puppetry with contemporary technologies while honoring the traditions from whence they arose. All efforts not only create narrative structures with a firm grounding in actual history and culture, but are designed to test and validate the Balanced Blended Space (BBS) framework. We ntegrating human and computational intelligence in a co-creative process. Additionally, the development of the **Blended Reality Performance System (BRPS)** ensures seamless blending of physical and virtual performance modalities, enabling new forms of immersive storytelling.
