Weight Training & Athletic Development

This is a Fitness based class with an emphasis on developing strength & developing explosion. We are looking to increase fast twitch muscles fibers. Grading in this class is based on dressing out, participation (completing the workout), and attendance. There's an assigned workout daily with Core Lifts; Power Clean, Squat, Bench, and Auxiliary lifts for each of these core lifts, with an addition of speed lifts & Explosive Movements to supplement this program. We will also do plyometrics & aerobic exercise.
