Week 7 - Your Workout is on the Rack Performance App. You were supposed to download the APP during Week 6. You should have gotten an invite to the APP on your school email.


This will be our workout until I give you a new one for the week. Hope you are doing well!


To Supplement being at home, I have downloaded 5 Different Video's to help you with your Overall Fitness; Strength, Flexibility, CORE, Speed & Agility Development. All of these can be done with No Equipment. Choose one video per day and do not do a video more than twice a week. If you do perform a video twice a week give yourself 3 Days in between workouts. By Monday Morning at 8:00 am, Send me an Email; Letting me know which workout and the date that you performed it, What was the time period it took you to complete the workout & what the exercises were on that specific for the day. I will ask specific questions about your workout.

Week 7

Week 7 - Your Workout is on the Rack Performance App. You were supposed to download the APP during Week 6. You should have gotten an invite to the APP on your school email. You need to download the App from the APP Store that you use.




Week 8

You do the workout from the Rack Performance APP, you have to click through the workout as you go. It tells me if you complete it!
