Week 1 Choose A - Subscribe to Joe Wicks on YouTube he is launching Daily Live Workouts for the Kids, or Choose B Use the March Deam Calandar (the PDF Below) and complete. It allows you to miss one day of exercise / activity per week.


There's several ways that I will take your Student's Work at this time. You can email me, what they did for their assignment, they can write down what they did & you can email me the picture of what they wrote, or you can send me video of them performing the activity (Think this might be my favorite!).

If you do Joe Wicks please try to Log Exercises & send them in with your Assignment Confirmation E Mail & confirmed by Parent or send short video of you performing Activity (We need some Proof showing you performed the activity.)

Option B - DEAM Calendar for April Recommended for (Kindergarten - 6th Grade)

Do the activity on the Calendar for the Date Given, You can skip 1 Activity per week. E mail a Picture of your Calendar with the Items Checked off & signed confirmation by parents or Send short Video of you performing the activities. The Video can be sent in Hyper Mode - meaning sped up so it takes less time & easier to email because of length

Create an Obstacle Course, There needs to be at least 5 Obstacles. Each Obstacle has to be slightly different & has to show balance or coordination. Make sure you have Parental Approval before making your course and make sure that you do not create obstacle that are greater than a foot off the ground, especially if you are in 3rd grade or under. Below will be an Obstacle Course that we created for my 4 Year Old during this time at home.
