If you do Joe Wicks please try to Log Exercises & send them in with your Assignment Confirmation E Mail & confirmed by Parent or send short video of you performing Activity (We need some Proof showing you performed the activity.)

Fill out an Activity Log, The Goal is to get your Heart Rate up for 20 - 30 Minutes a Day,

Week 3

Option B -

Fill out an Activity Log, The Goal is to get your Heart Rate up for 20 - 30 Minutes a Day, (For an Activity Chart - Use the Activity Chart up above under Option B

Teacher's Challenge - If you need at an at Home Activity, Below is the Bottle Flip Challenge. You will have 1 minute to complete the Challenge. You get 1 Bottle Flip for every 3 Jumping Jacks you do. If you land your first flip, you can flip again until you fail. Once you fail, you must do 3 more Jumping Jacks to earn another Flip. You have 60 Seconds to see how man Bottle Flips you can land, Also Log how many Jumping Jacks it took you to earn your flips. See the Video Below.

Week 4 4/14 - 4/21

You have the same 2 Options in Week 3, Option A Joe Wicks (See Week 3) Option B (Activity Log)

But for one of the days of your Activity Log, you can Create a Dance Party, It will probably be an Individual Dance Party, unless you have brothers or sisters or other Family Members that would like to be involved. Use the 2 Downloadable Forms Below to do this activity.

Week 5 4/20 - 4/21

You are to do Joe Wicks or your Activity Log for this week, but you can replace one of the days with "Deck of Fitness". This will be a Card Game combined with Fitness and you will find the Instructions below.

Week 6

Week 6 4/28 - 5/4 you have Joe Wicks or the Activity Log as Options.

Week 7

Week 7 5/4 - 5/11, you have a NEW May DEAM Calendar, Joe Wicks or you can still use the Activity Log.
