Ion channels' binder design

Our aim is to design highly specific ion channels' peptide binders, which can modulate channels' activity. We use state-of-the-art protein design techniques to achieve this goal. We check efficiency of our designed peptides using MD simulations and then in vitro cell imaging experiments.

Key people: Khondamir Rustamov, Artyom Baev.
