You can delete your Backgammon AI account and associated cloud data at any time.

OPTION 1: DELETE IN THE APP

1. Open Backgammon AI.

2. Go to your Profile.

3. Tap "Delete Account & Cloud Data".

4. Confirm the deletion.

Finish or leave any active online match before deleting your account. Deletion in the app is immediate and cannot be undone.

OPTION 2: REQUEST DELETION WITHOUT THE APP

Subject: Delete account – Backgammon AI

Please include:

- your Support ID (Profile → Support ID → Copy ID), if available;

- or your nickname and the approximate date you last played.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email.

DATA THAT IS DELETED

- Cloud profile and nickname

- Virtual coin balance (server wallet)

- Gameplay statistics and leaderboard entry

- Online data linked to your account, including chat messages

DATA THAT MAY BE RETAINED

- Purchase records: payments are processed and stored by Google Play. Purchase verification records may be kept to prevent fraud and to restore Premium on a new account. The one-time 25,000-coin bonus is not granted again.

- Chat messages and reports connected to an open abuse investigation, until the investigation is resolved.

- Anonymous crash and analytics data, according to Google Firebase retention settings.

LOCAL DATA

"Reset Local Data" in the app, clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes data from your device only. It does not delete your cloud account. Use one of the options above to delete your account.
