Imagine that you have just received the new iPhone that you had ordered and it has arrived damaged. Call Apple's customer service line and leave a message.

Your message should be 1-2 minutes long and include:

• Your name
• A description of the item
• A description the damage
• Information about when and where the damage occurred
• A description of how you think the problem should be solved
• A final thought about what will happen if the problem is not solved
• A phone (fake) phone number that you can be reached at

Be sure to include at least five relative clauses in your answer.
