Has globalization had more positive effects or negative effects on your country? Use page 7 of your K+ Notes textbook and the brainstorming that you did in class to discuss several effects of globalization on your country.

Background: NGOs, non-profits, and charities are all similar types of organizations. An NGO/charity is an organization that is not part of a government or a for-profit business—although it may receive funds from governments, businesses, and members of the public. NGOs and charities are engaged in a wide range of activities (including human rights, animal rights, environmental, care of the elderly, medical research, and development work). They could be national or international in focus.
If you could start your own charitable organization and campaign, what issue would it focus on? Who would your campaign's target audience be? What methods and forms of media would you use to promote awareness of your issue? Explain your choices.
Write a newspaper column to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of working from home.
