Youth Opportunities 

The AAEA Conference State Flag contest is an opportunity to showcase your students’ artwork! Have your students create 2D artwork with the theme “Healing through Color” to enter into the 2024/2025 school year contest. Artwork should also include elements that help identify that the flag represents the state of Arizona. You should use this template and entry form for guidelines. A digital entry will be required when link is available.  You may bring up to 2 submissions per teacher to submit, which will be displayed and voted on during the conference. The winning entry will be turned into a flag and hung at the National Conference in the Spring of 2025!  All art must have a signed permission slip, in duplicate, attached to the back of the artwork.  Artwork without the executed form will not be considered.
