Environmental Protection Agency, Arizona Department of Environmental Quality and Water Infrastructure Finance Authority
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has delegated its Section 106 responsibilities for certain pass-through grants to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) and the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA). These state agencies may consult with Tribes on behalf of the federal agency. At any time, the Tribe may request Government-to-Government consultation with the federal agency.
