Step 1

Make a circle with at least 8 spokes, 1 for each area of life that has meaning to you at this time.

Step 2

Put a DOT on each line to represent how close you are to your IDEAL in that area of your life at this time (closer to the edge is closer to your IDEAL)

Step 3

Connect the DOTS. When everything is in balance you have a nice even line going all the way around, when out of balance you get an hour glass shape, that points out those areas that are least IDEAL.
