Food Scientists

Bolton based band The Food Scientists were a combination of the Vacant Spaces,  Mass of Black and a few other musicians  who were dedicated to the funk punk racket that seemed overtly concerned with food.  Do You Know What You've Been Eating was their anthem along with Next Stop Cake Shop and Everybody Must Have Their Cake. Their gigs were a sprawling full on celebration of rhythm and booze with a little bit of politics chucked into the cake mix.
