AVA & Co. was founded by Prema Latha and her colleagues back in 2019. The name AVA is selected based on three core aspects which are Aspire, Validity and Availability. Our company finally came to existence in January 2020 with Prema Latha as our running CEO. Together working with Prema Latha in this effort managing the consulting firm are Divya, Navalan, Syifa' Ul Husna, Balqis Aqilah, Nik Noor Najiihah, Nur Dalilah, and Ros Shafikah in which each of them possess unique knowledge in corporate management field.

NAIS Ice Cream Enterprise is a small & medium enterprise (SME) listed in the micro scale of businesses due to small number of employees which is 2 employees and annual profit of RM30, 000. Other than serving various kind of ice creams with different flavors, they also provide a different products which are creamy ice blended, classic ice blended, float ice blended, popcorn and waffle. NAIS Ice Cream was established on October 2017 by Mr. Suhardy Nazuan bin Zainul Hashim and Mrs. Junainah binti Ghazali and it is located in No 26 Jalan College Height 1, Taman College Height, 70400 Sikamat, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
