1) Mix package (budget) ice cream
NAIS Ice Cream could offer mix package ice cream to their customer such as mix flavor ice cream with affordable price.
2) Discount prices
NAIS Ice Cream could offer 10% or 20% discount prices in order to attract more customer to visit their shop. Customer will likely to purchase NAIS Ice Cream product with affordable price.
3) Free Cash on Delivery (COD) to area within 5 minutes
NAIS Ice Cream offered COD to their customer especially for customer that live nearby within 5 minutes don’t need to pay for COD. The COD fee is around RM2.
4) Advertising using social media platforms
NAIS Ice Cream used social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to advertise their product to attract customer to visit their shop and try their ice cream.
5) Free sampling
Offer free sampling for all flavor so that customer can choose which flavor they like. The customer also might buy more than 1 flavor ice cream after they taste the free sampling.
6) Rewards (buy 10 in a month get one free)
NAIS Ice Cream also offer rewards for those customers that buy 10 ice cream in a month will get a free ice cream. They provide stickers to their customer to collect as a sign that they buy ice cream from NAIS Ice Cream and the customer will get a free ice cream for 10 stickers that they collect in a month.
7) Expand catering services
NAIS Ice Cream also plan to expand their catering services to other places other than KL, Malacca, and Negeri Sembilan.
8) Hired more workers to expand NAIS Ice Ceram.
Currently, NAIS Ice Cream have 2 workers and they might want to hire more workers in order to help them to expand their business and compete with other Ice Cream business.
9) Design Product Packaging
Nais Ice Cream might need an attractive design for their product packaging in order to attract customer to buy their product.
10) QR code
Apart from that, our packaging design also come along with QR code design where we design QR code for Nais Ice Cream Facebook account.
