• Communicating changes of Ava &Co Consultancy in an order process to relevant parties.

• Ensuring that health and safety regulations of employees of Ava &Co Consultancy are followed.

• Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees for Ava&Co Consultancy

• Creating and monitoring Ava &Co Consultancy’s projects and teams.

• Reviewing workloads and manpower of Ava &Co Consultancy to ensure targets are met.

• Supporting the Ava &Co Consultancy’s CEO or executive team’s vision and process ideals.

• Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.

• Supporting all functions of the business to work together with Ava & Co Consultancy.
