There's really nothing more embarrassing than dislocating a shoulder while trying to navigate through a well-lit, properly designed doorway.
For us, playing sports involving anything more complicated than our own hands and feet is usually impossible. Especially if there are "rules".
From dumping drinks on ourselves, to tripping over our own feet, to forgetting to tie our shoes (or losing patience with trying sometimes), negotiating the physical minefield of our surroundings can be a recipe for humiliation.
