This was my first participation in this conference; I was a co-chair of the Programme Committee... an excellent organization, really appreciated, and a good opportunity to meet again some old friends... outstanding friends!
Before the conference, I spent two days visiting the city Valletta (capital of Malta, the city where the conference was held) and the "Three Cities". Co-cathedrals, churches, museums... or simply landscapes... I tried to keep in images what my senses felt... so beautiful... so singular... so... Malta! Top: local Carnival activities...
From the conference, some other moments make this photos collection complete: friends presentations, some "beers" and the amazing dinner in Medina, also known as the "Silent City"!
PS: I made no preparation for this trip... the only read I was able to do was from the blog "Alma de Viajante" (in Portuguese...): a "must"! My acknowledgements to the author, Filipe Morato Gomes!
