Terra Hipp is the owner of Bloom Group, a powerhouse Fort Wayne real estate group. Terra and I met in March of 2020 to brainstorm business ideas for her dream realty brand. During that conversation, I remarked that Terra had been in a state of growth but that she was on the brink of blooming. And boom. Well, Bloom, actually.
A week later we were pouring over logo designs, brand standards, and mood boards. We locked in Bloom's branded shade of berry and kept the logo style simple and adaptable for digital and print media.
Eric and Mark round out the team to create the perfect real estate trifecta.
In addition to closing deals, he's a hell of a woodworker and house flipper.

My role with Bloom includes creative direction, digital content creation, identifying partnership opportunities, coordinating photo and video shoots, and developing winning marketing strategies.
In 2021, I worked with Bloom to launch an airbnb branch. Bloom has been hard at work acquiring properties in Fort Wayne's most desirable neighborhoods, and Terra's eye for interior design is resulting in many insta-worthy overnight stays.

I served as a Marketing Consultant for Merrfeld Career Development from 2018-2019. During that time, I established brand standards and developed quarterly plans for the group's digital media marketing. Merrfeld's newly established social media platforms launched with professional, engaging graphics, and kickstarted the group's presence online.
Additionally, I worked with Merrfeld's Business Development Division to craft high-quality resumes for powerhouse professionals. Using Merrfeld's proprietary formula for success, I conducted interviews with clients to gather their experience and accolades, and in turn created career-winning resumes.
