For U10+ BASE PROGRAM is for competitive players looking for an "At-home" training program to build their technical foundation. A session consists of two to three 10-15 minute activities to work on, one or two specific development categories at a time. Performance can be used as a warm-up. Our development categories for U10+ players are Performance, Dribbling, Passing, Receiving, Striking, and Showcases. Dribbling is broken down into three sub-categories: Ball Movements, Side Turns, and Front | Angle Moves. This is a program to master the details of the categories. Also, a recommended program for concentrating on specific development areas of your game. For example, if you need to specifically work on passing, then pick out two, 15-minute passing activities for your 30-minute session. Build your BASE!
