Things have started looking worse for Tombstone as ATLAS Earth and Winthrop take control over more and more of the town. While Winthrop has established an office on the edge of town, pollution from the ATLAS factory on the hill has started taking its toll of the town, and a smoggy gray mist hangs in the air. On the edge of town, a mercenary army has been growing inside of the Winthrop Offices. Why they're there, is uncertain-- but nobody likes where things are headed.

Recently, large amounts of investment capital have been flowing into Tombstone through donations and deals made with the Tombstone Sheriff's Office. This money, most certainly granted with strings attached, originate largely from two competing investors: the Northern industrialists ATLAS Earth Rock & Gravel, and Bargetown's exiled autocrats, the wealthy Winthrop Family.
While developments have brought jobs and money to the town, things are looking grim for the community of a diminishingly independent Tombstone.
