NOTE: Currently Southpoint State is at war with many of the major players on the Sunrise Isles. Those who call themselves the Denizens of Highridge have found themselves in a very peculiar situation, with any significant loss of leverage potentially spelling doom for them all.

REVERED SOUTHPOINT REPUTATION
NEUTRAL PUBLIC REPUTATION
LOW MANPOWER
STEADY SUPPLY
A deserting group from the United States Reclamation Force, Pierre's Green Rifles (PGR), whether due to their shared skin color or common interests, have always been held close to Southpointers' hearts. Following recent turmoil within the Northeast Union and a coup that saw the rise of a military leader, mutant segregation and racist laws have begun springing up across multiple regions, especially in cities primarily inhabited by mutants.
Dissatisfied with their current leadership, many of these mutants found themselves unable to voice their opinions or stand up for themselves under the ranks of the Lakeside Division. Under orders from the Black Mountain Complex, they were relocated to the village's premises with the mission to wipe out an eldritch nest.
However, this mission turned sour as apparent ignorance from the USRF's radiomen led to them coming under fire. The camp that the PGR inhabited found itself under mortar fire and despite cries for help and orders to stop, the USRF continued its incessant shelling, leaving many of these mutants either maimed or dead. The PGR found themselves with no other option but to either return to a place that they could barely call home, where they would be persecuted for the rest of their lives due to their skin color or join forces with the village.
The majority of the PGR chose to join forces with the village, deserting their homeland.
In 2165, they have been all but almost fully integrated within the state, leading to a dissolution of their official status as a subgroup within the village.
BAD BLOOD SOUTHPOINT REPUTATION
NEUTRAL PUBLIC REPUTATION
MODERATE MANPOWER
LOW SUPPLY
As the Canadian Conflict and Huron Wars came to a close, a great number of mutant refugees fled their former homes in hopes of a better life. Some chose the Sunrise Isles, misguided by the rumors of a mutant-run settlement that held steady through humanity's relentless carnage. Caravans chock-full of these newfound outcasts arrived at the gates of Southpoint, their inhabitants gaunt and disheveled from a months-long pilgrimage endured. Instead of being welcomed by their fellow kinship with open arms, they were met by an abusive leadership and xenophobic population as their very existence stood as the antithesis of the Hanseites' stringent "detribalization" policies.
Refugees are officially recognized as "non-citizens" by Southpoints' leadership and are not given basic amenities aside from a place to sleep in the eldritch-infested forest outside the village. While officially refugees are not to be treated like any other Southpointer, Mutants valuing kinship and empathy have been known to aid them. Increasing numbers of refugees have recently begun turning to more desperate measures as the days turn unpredictable and unforgiving.
VILIFIED SOUTHPOINT REPUTATION

DEFICIT SUPPLY
The foundations for Southpoint's Work Battalion were first laid by Brigadier Camus before the Famine of 2162 to indoctrinate enemies of the State. The initial members of the First Work Battalion were comprised of Coalition prisoners assigned to strenuous labor in an attempt to mentally break them and make them ripe for defection or information gathering. These attempts proved unsuccessful and the Hanseites were forced to change their approach. With the arrival of a devastating winter and famine, the Hanseites rebirthed the idea of the Work Battalion as a tool to oppress any dissenter.
Recently, the vassalhood of the Work Battalion has expanded past its original intentions of subjugating the state's adversaries. A significant portion of the Work Battalion is now made up of refugees or manipulated freaks who 'willingly' volunteer their servitude for easier access to basic amenities and the chance to prove themselves as equals. The existence of untouchables who end up in these chain gangs is pitiful as they find themselves living in squalor and under draconian conditions at the hands of their tormentors. Nevertheless, the Work Battalion is seen as a 'necessary evil,' providing Southpoint with crucial labor for risky projects.
Starting 2165, Brigadier Eden and the Council have decided to mobilize the Work Battalion to act as a fighting force for the State, doing this to fight shortages with manpower due to the severity of our conflict. Battalioneers have been promised that they are paying off their crimes with blood and hard work, and are promised that their fighting will lead to a swifter route to freedom.
