Constitutional Plebiscite
The Sanggunian Constitution is the bedrock of our student government, and as our community evolves, our governing rules must adapt to better serve us. A plebiscite is the formal process where you, the undergraduate student body, get the final say on ratifying proposed amendments or revisions to the Constitution.
This is a direct opportunity to reshape how the Sanggunian operates as you will be able to review the complete text of the proposed changes, which will be accessible right alongside the ballot and made publicly available ahead of time.
How the Vote Works
During the voting period, you will be asked to cast your vote by indicating either YES to approve the proposed amendments, or NO to reject them. For these constitutional changes to take effect, they must be approved by a majority (50% + 1) of the votes cast.
