Ground the Sanggunian in cura personalis through balanced workloads, regular Cabinet meetings, and bonding sessions. Additionally, empower Course Representatives through proper onboarding, initiative guidance, and stronger coordination with committees and subsidy processes to expand their leadership beyond liaison roles.
Listening to Stakeholders
Reinstate key academic announcements using standardized templates, conduct schoolwide pulse checks and utilize classroom bulletin boards, and improve email or Messenger chatbot for responsiveness. Rebuild partnerships with student business organizations and university offices while representing JGSOM interests in administrative consultations through data-driven feedback.
Opening Opportunities
Continued support for advocacy efforts such as the Ateneo College Fair (ACF), host minors and specializations town halls, actively stand on pressing societal issues, and coordinate satellite government services to improve student access to resources.
Optimizing Systems
Reestablish the School Assembly, sustain financial backlog clearing, structural rightsizing, documentation centralization, and strategic social media visibility.
